Make Money Online With Blog Marketing

Blogs are great for earning extra income. If you want to make money online with blog marketing, you need to follow a proven strategy. You need to bring visitors to your blog so that people can buy the products and services you promote. Here's what I think you should do:

Write your blog posts around targeted keywords. Do you REALLY want to achieve success with blogging? Then go where the traffic is. If you were to go fishing for small mouth bass, would you do it in your creek? No. Of course you wouldn't. That would be silly and pointless.

This is exactly how blogging works. You do your research and find the keywords people are using to search for topics related to your niche. Then, you compose a great blog post that is full of useful information.

But this isn't enough. If you really want to get people to your posts, you need to start building links to them. Go to blogs related to your own and leave helpful comments that add value. Never leave comments that adding to the conversation of the blog post.

This kind of linking strategy is very effective. You should aim to leave 5 informative and helpful comments every day. This will start to compound over the next couple of weeks and you'll get a steady flow of visitors from those comments.

So let's say that you have created 10 blog posts and all of them are receiving visitors from the top search engines. Now what? How do you make money? Well, you could go over to ClickBank and look for the top performing products and promote them as an affiliate. This works great if you are primarily in the information marketing business.

You could also go to Google and sign up for their AdSense program. Then, you will place ads on your blog that are related to your topic. Every time someone clicks on one of your ads, you make money. Blog marketing works well with AdSense. The trick is to choose the topics that have a large "buyers" market. This means that there are many people looking to purchase products and services online.

Create an ad block for each post. This will ensure that the ads being displayed are targeted towards your blog visitors. The more targeted your ads are the better your CTR (click-through-rate) will be. So if you get 100 visitors to your blog, try to shoot for a 25% CTR. This means you will get 25 clicks on your ads. To make money with blog marketing, just follow the basics. The above tips will guide you along the way to success.

Why Search Engline Optimization is Important?

SEO or search engine optimization is the process of fine-tuning a website so that users and search engines can find it easily on the World Wide Web. Not only access it easily but also find it attractive, fast, and easy to navigate. Such an improvement results in a website with high ranking in search engine result pages or SERPs, which is something every website owner or online publisher wants to achieve. Many proven SEO techniques have been made available to general public and experts of this field. Although the basic steps are easy to implement, once the process is started you find that it is an ongoing system that requires regular commitment.

There is no use of an online business if the users are unable to find it. Potential customers can only approach your website if it is listed in online directories and indexed by popular search engines. This is one aspect of SEO, which makes it an integral part of any business that has its presence on the internet. Even if you launch an extensive advertising campaign, the traffic might still be very low. This is because those advertisements are geared towards your current customers but do nothing to attract new customers from around the globe.

People find it easy to search on the internet instead of rummaging around a newspaper or listening to a radio broadcast to get what they're looking for. Online search engines also give highly relevant results based on the keyword we type in the search box. This way you can locate a local business very easily, note down its address and telephone number and even find directions to reach its office. That is why optimizing your business website for search engines is important for the success of your business.

Google and other search engines have bots that crawl the web to find new websites every day and index them automatically. Before any search engine has a chance to discover your website, you should make sure it includes all the necessary information for the bots to understand, such as what the site is all about and what type of products it sells, etc.

Some websites are very professionally made, include impressive graphics and video tutorials, but they are still very difficult to find on the internet. People usually see the first ten results given by a search engine and if your website is not listed in these results it is likely to be ignored by your potential customers. And this is what you should spend your money on, instead of hiring graphics experts and complex coding specialists. This is because even if your site is not very attractive visually but it is easily accessible by the users, you have achieved 90% of your objective!

Are You a Slave To Your Job (or to Your Business)?

Do you know what the "official" definition of a SLAVE is?

Here it is:

"slave/sl?v/ Noun: A person who is the legal property of another and is forced to obey them."

Ugh!! How does that sound? Nobody wants to be a slave... to anything (or anybody).

Although you really aren't the "legal property" of your employer, aren't you really, kind-of forced to obey them? You do if you want to keep your job.

And if you don't feel like going in, don't you still have to?

And if you want to take a few days off, don't you have to ask permission?

And if your child is sick and you need to take them to the doctor, don't you have to ask first?

And when your boss tells you to do something, even if it is something you ate, don't you have to do it?

Yes, Yes, Yes & Yes... if you want to keep your job.

I know there are bills to pay and we need to be responsible and take care of our families. We need to work and not expect handouts from others or the government.

But DANG...

There is a better way to make a living and live your life! There are options!

For most people, a job will give them money - and that's about it. An employer will give you this money in exchange for the most precious thing you have - your time.

Matt Morris, in his book "The Unemployed Millionaire" summarizes this very well in the opening paragraphs of his book. He writes...

.. most jobs are nothing more than well-paid prisons. In prison, you aren't free to go where you want or live like you want because of physical barriers. In most jobs, you aren't free to go where you want or live where you want because of financial barriers." So, if you are tired of being a slave to your job, and want to earn a good living while living your life it starts with... A DECISION!

Your dream life is just on the other side of a decision!

I realize that many people love their jobs and get a great deal of fulfillment from their work. And that is wonderful.

But, if what I have said so far about a job enslaving you RESONATES with YOU... I want to encourage you, motivate you and challenge you to find a business that you can run from home, on your own terms that will allow you to LIVE YOUR LIFE!

There are a lot of options out there. Take your time and investigate thoroughly. Surround yourself with people who have the same dreams and goals and who also want to break free from from the slavery of the rat race.

ONE WORD OF CAUTION THOUGH... when you choose a business, make sure you choose a business model that truly gives you the freedom to spend your time however you want, wherever you want.

What happens to many people when they become their own boss is they end up trading the shackles from a job that takes up all their time, for the shackles of a business that takes up even more of their time.

Life is short and precious and made to be enjoyed with those you love!
